Ametller Origen is the partner chosen by SEAT to cater to the culinary needs of CASA SEAT. The car company’s multidisciplinary venue in the centre of Barcelona will feature a café-restaurant which seats up to 35 people, whose cuisine is based on Mediterranean inspiration showcasing seasonal produce. In this way, the restaurant area will be an added attraction to a space that will offer an extensive programme of activities through which CASA SEAT aims to become a point of reference in Barcelona’s cultural agenda.
The Ametller Origen café-restaurant will be located on the ground floor of CASA SEAT, at street level, and will be their first restaurant in the heart of the city and the fourth of this specialist in healthy eating. Thanks to this collaboration, CASA SEAT will offer breakfast, lunch and cafeteria services with a range of seasonal products selected by Ametller Origen and prepared using cooking techniques that ensure the food’s maximum nutritional value. The menu will include a wide variety of dishes suitable for all palates and will feature culinary delights that will be periodically changed.

The Ametller Origen café-restaurant at CASA SEAT will begin operating on the 23rd of April, the day the building is set to open its doors to the public.
